Sara Rosenberger

MS, MA, LPC

Sara, drawing from her personal experience of overcoming mental health challenges with the help of therapists and mental health programs, is now on a mission to extend the same transformative assistance to others.

This drive led her to pursue a career in clinical mental health counseling, culminating in her recent graduation from Bradley University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Complementing her clinical expertise, Sara holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the same institution.

Drawing from her own experiences and education, Sara is passionate about leveraging her background to raise awareness, provide prevention strategies, and share knowledge within her community and beyond. Sara has experience in crisis counseling, CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Counseling. She excels in meeting clients at their current stage in life and collaborating with them to craft goals and aspirations that pave the way for them to attain the fulfilling life they desire and deserve.

Life’s challenges can be daunting, but Sara firmly believes that no one should face them alone. That’s why she’s committed to her profession—to offer support and guidance to those navigating difficult times.

During her free time, Sara loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and watching The Office. Sara enjoys taking walks in nature and sitting around a bonfire. In the summer, she enjoys going to baseball games. Go Cubs!
